Smile They say the third time is the charm...

I had to attend a business meeting in New York this week, and part of the deal was a dinner that lasted 5 hours! I work for a crazy Russian who had us all toasting each other (24 of us) throughout the night. Needless to say, I drank and drank and drank (mostly vodka) but wine too.

I came home yesterday, and I'm up 4 lbs, but I assume is mostly water. I've been here before so I'm really not discouraged this time.

I'm looking forward to going back on plan today, and feeling great again.

No complaints from me, I just wanted to share that even with a "cheat" we can recover and continue moving forward. Afterall, this isn't just a short term diet. It's a way of life, and once in a while you might have to take a short detour, we can always get right back on track.

All of you have given me the self determination to know that I can keep this going even with a set back.

Thank you all for your support!
