no carbs

Here is the nutritional info from my bag:

157 cal
18g protein
9.3g of fat
0.9 polyunstaurates
5.0g monosaturates
3.4g saturates
34mg cholesterol

0g carbs
0g fiber
407 mg sodium
26mg potassium

I guess you can go overboard on the salt, but it sure it a great snack.

Use your own judement as Atkins never advocates over eating.
