au Jus/Hunter sauce and....

I REALLY want to be there for this, so I'm working VERY VERY hard on coming up with a minimum of 2 business reasons to bring moi & the vehicle over... (did have a VERY interesting conversation with the International Sales guy at DaVinci Gourmet today, hmmmmmmmmm).

That being said, IF I can make it I will bring my famous :P Hunter Sauce (i'm an absolute fiend about Porcinis though can only get them dried) and a casserole full of my also famous

Garlic and SourCream Cauliflower.

An idea, plus/minus 2, of how many eaters would be a help.
