Sun (?) - still feeling pretty bloated, ugh! Didn't want to weigh
Mon (150) - feel ok, Ran about 3 miles, then biked a little more
did 3-1/2 pull up assisted with 105# - 45 min of cardio exercise
Tues (148.5) - portion control is HELPING - gym run/walk 2.5 miles, about 30 minutes, then did 4-1/2 then 3-1/2 pull upp assisted with 105# - did a few back extentions and side twists.
Wed (148.5) - thought I'd be lighter today, but TOM is coming
hot yoga 80 min- should feel like a good detox, plus B is coming home tonight, yay, miss him!
Thur (148) - plan run a little at home? before work (didn't happen), gotta get in the habit of doing exercise on Thursday before work, because I don't have time for it after work on Thursday. It's so hard for me to get up before work to exercise, I need to go to bed earlier on Wed night.
Fri (??) - didn't exercise yesterday and won't have time today, I know I should have done my 50 each of sit ups/push ups/squats - I will do that tonight, and get in a few minutes, try to watch portions today! - didn't do anything
Sat (??) - plan run and bike- didn't do anything
Sun (??) - plan run and bike - did 3 miles or so on the treadmill, 40 min
Goal - 250 minutes of exercise this week = 195 = 55 short
