Somebody on another board suggested cutting them in half longways to make em go farther.

As long as I have the metal taste in my mouth,,,and the extra energy,,,I dont even test, cause I know I am in ketosis.

Default This time, I haven't even bought any...

I guess the clothes, the scales and the mirror are enough for me and the stix never turned past the first color (whatever that is). I ended up throwing them away three years ago, and I won't buy any more.

If the sticks turn any colour other than negative you are in ketosis, either you are or you aren't.

But the gist of the last few posts is that just because you are purple, doesn't mean you are dehydrated.

Any shade is a good shade, besides neutral

And I do agree, there are other ways to measure how you are doing, ketostix and scales be damn.

Clothes are a wonder I've gone from an 18/20 to a very tight 14
