From fitday:
Avocados, raw, California 1 cup, puree
Total Carbohydrate 15.89g 5%
Dietary Fiber 11.27g 45%
Avocados, raw, Florida 1 cup, puree
Total Carbohydrate 20.49g 7%
Dietary Fiber 12.19g 49%
Avocado, raw (NFS) 1 cup, mashed or pureed
Total Carbohydrate 17g 6%
Dietary Fiber 11.5g 46%
As for the Australian site subtracting the fiber, it's something I've read on this forum by Auzzies many times... You might try a search.
Also, with fitday I have found that it matters if you are specific. Instead of 'eggs, scrambled' I would enter it as "2 eggs, raw, whole" "butter, 2tbsp" "onion, mature, raw, 1 oz" - what you and I think of when we say 'scrambled eggs' aren't going to be the same as your 'average' fitday user, following the food pyramid.
As Karen suggested, try the counter on this site. It's very comprehensive (and it's metric!)
