I've tried the Strawberry Creme flavor, I loved it! I have also tried the Carbsense hot cereals, and the Keto Hot Cereal tasted much, much better. I'm gonna try Apple Cinamon next.

I tried the traditional oatmeal, also very very nice, creamy flavour.

Thumbs down Thumbs down for me

I have the Strawberries and Creme and didn't like it very much. I added heavy cream and it was palatable, but didn't taste like regular oatmeal at all. Seemed a bit stale tasting. Maybe next time I'll add a packet of Splenda. At least the cereal's only 3 carbs so cream and splenda additions don't pump it up that much. Now that I've read that others like it, I'll have to give it another shot to be fair.

I tried the Apple Cinnamon and found it to be quite tasty. I think it might be better if it were cooked like regular oatmeal instead of making it like instant and letting it sit for 7-8 minutes like the directions say.

Lisa N,
This might sound like a stupid question, but how do you make regular oatmeal? Not instant and letting it sit for 7-8 minutes?

LilRobT...

You've never made old-fashioned rolled oats on top of the stove? Wow! I guess I'm showing my age here!
You put it in a pan on the stove with the water, bring it to a boil and cook it until it's as thick as you'd like it. If you can boil water, you can cook oatmeal the old-fashioned way.

I bought the strawberries and cream after reading here that it was tasty, it was digusting. I had to throw what I made away, the cat wouldn't eat it either (he seems to like flax meal and oatmeal ) So, I stick to flax-o-meal or make my own flax cereal now.
