Whee!! After a busy few days I finally managed to get some time to exercise-- was also having a major loss of energy from my new CARB-FREE diet!! Lost 6 pounds doing nothing I am amazed Anyway, today I played DDR (dance dance revolution), a game where you use your feet instead of a handheld controller, for an hour, till the game told me I burned 500 calories (whether the counter is to be believed or not is a mystery to me, but I definately broke a sweat!!)
My goal now is to work out tomorrow!! I think I will be able to do it.
