Wow 5 pounds down from Monday. That
feels good. Haven't cheated stayed on track.
Danced last night, back is KILLIG ME, and
the back of my legs is so sore. I stretched
so much but the kicks got my legs! I was
able to do 2 sets of the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader
style kickline kicks and that is hard. Weren't
as high of course, but were pretty high for
the 2nd day. Didn't split but stretched like
mad! I got the routine almost totally a few
little glitches but have pretty good!
GOAL: Work out at least 1 time a day
