Default low blood sugar???

I have glucose intolerance but have been told I have lowblood sugar too. Yesterday I had the CM at 10 and the RM at 4pm, when I went to bed at 11 I felt pretty hungry but too tired to eat veges and protein. I woke up feeling faint and starved and sweaty. I grabbed a shake from my old life (20carbs/16protein grams). I felt fine and went back to sleep but today the cravings have been awful.

I know, I should have eaten when I felt hungry in the first place. but do you think the shake is what started the cravings today and what else would you eat in the middle of the night?

Nancy

Maybe some cheese or peanut butter? Vienna sausages? Deviled eggs?

Congratulations! You have now proven to yourself that CAD/CALP really works. Those cravings nailed it down for ya, didn't they?

thanks sky!
I was thinking maybe this doesn't.

Just having protein or fat is better than getting carb crazy.
