Default CAD recipes

Has anyone tried any of the recipes in the CAD book? I'm particularly interested in the CA complementary bread and muffin recipes.

Also, I've got a lot of Atkins Bake mix (it seems to be mostly soy flour) ... can I use it instead of soy flour in the CAD recipes?

Actually, I have not tried the CM breadstuffs recipes.....I do not enjoy the taste of soy flour or the Atkins Bake mix I might use to substitute for the soy, although I am certain that either one would work. I just enjoy regular breads at RM and let it go at that.

Sorry.....

You can use the Atkins mix for CAD recipes. You can use Atkins recipes for CAD diet. Make sure you keep everything low carb. You also need to watch sugar replacements. If you start getting hungry more often, cut down/out.
