I expect there to be divergence between the lowfat and lowcarb camps, but when I find it within the lowcarb camp, I begin to get really confused.
Just last night I was reading the Protein Power Lifeplan book and it states that high fat foods such as nuts and cheeses slow the rate of weight loss on a low carb eating plan.
Seems to me this is the exact opposite of what I read in the Atkins book and elsewhere .......
does anybody know what the bottom line is on dietary fat?
