Yummy.. does anyone else like these nuts! I had some for lunch with a shake. Not the IDEAL lunch but I am full!

Macs are great. But they don't make me full unless I eat about 5 servings of it! Oy..

I love these nuts! I used to buy the big bags at BJ's and eat the whole bag by myself. I haven't had any since Atkins but I might have to get some and of course "try" and limit my intake, lol

People say they used to taste good years ago, now the modern ones lack flavor so I have switched to walnuts. Much better nutrition and much cheaper, Walgreens sells 2 large bags for $5.

Ok.. I ate like 4 ounces. Ok.. 4 point FIVE ounces but that has been it for my carbs today and I haven't been all that hungry and thankfully no cravings.

Mauna Loa used to make low-carb chocolate covered macadamia nuts. I could never stop myself before the sugar alcohols started their dirty work.

I find salted macadamia nuts hard to limit. Now I only buy unsalted macadamia nut butter. 1T all by itself tastes great (sort of sweet even though very LC) and does a great job of quelling hunger pangs.
