Keto Stix

Hello,
This is my 2nd time trying the low carb way of life, the first time I didn't see it as a way of life and got bored with it...
Any way, I am on my 3rd week, my question is "why can't I get that dang stick to turn purple?" I have never been able to achieve that....
Any suggestions?

Hi Redbone,

It probably won't turn purple unless you are dehydrated. If it shows pink, you are fine. Mine never gets past light pink. It generally will be darkest in the morning.

I've used them a few times, but haven't for weeks. If you are losing weight, you're doing ok, right? Relax and have another steak :-).
