50 Dead Bugs
60 Minute Bike Ride
2 Sets
30 reps bicep curls
20 reps lateral arm lifts
30 reps overhead tricep extensions
20 reps tricep kickbacks
20 reps bent over lateral lifts
Walk away the pounds 3 Mile Walk - This was my first time doing this DVD workout but I don't think it's going to be beneficial for me because it was to easy.
