Default Beginning to sound like broken record...

But, I am down another pound this morning. After weeks of not being able to change my profile, this is such a rush! Three pounds this week. I think I finally figured out what works for me on this woe. I know it could stop at anytime and I KNOW that I will stop losing soon and sit at the same weight again for probably weeks but after the loss I've had this week, at least I know that if I just stick with it and tweak as needed that I WILL start to lose again eventually.

I've decided that losing weight is similar to when we were growing up as kids......we didn't grow in height at regular intervals. We had growing spurts where we would go for long periods at the same height then all of a sudden shoot up. I really think that weight loss might be something like that. Just my own little theory.......

Congratulations, Twinkle! You're doing great.

I've noticed the spurt thing, too. The thing is that on other diets I tried in the past, I lost consistently but ended up losing about the same about of weight during the same overall time frame.
