Question Has anyone done Atkins without doing Induction?

Hello again,

I would like to know if anyone out there has ever had success doing the Atkins and skipping induction?

Sure, but it's usually called "Protein Power"

If you find Induction too strict or restrictive then why not look at another plan that is less so? Down the right hand margin you'll find a link to "Which low-carb plan is right for me?" - there you'll find reviews for quite a few of the plans available to you, along with some sample menus.

Thanks, I'll take a look at them.

I noticed you are on the "Modified Hodge Podge". What is that one? Is there information on that plan here?

Default Yes Ma'am.

Carol, it's all in my head MHP is the result of 16 months of LC education, a whole lot of reading, experimenting and trial and error; it changes weekly. I started off with Protein Power and if you click on the button in my posts you can read all about it (this works for any journal button under any member's post). If you hit the button you'll be able to see a little more about that member, including what books they have read.

Cheers,
Nat
