30 minutes on the Sky Glider
I was thinking about halfway through that I was too sore to go the full 30 minutes, and had planned to stop at 20. But when the 20 minutes was up, I just kept going! Overall, my pace is getting better, smoother, with better balance. I am more aware of my muscles working. They were a little sore during last night's workout, but I can tell I'm getting stronger.
