Default Kay's Exercise Journal

Hi, I am just starting my journal, and so I thought I would post my accomplishments for yesterday- and I will post today, later!

--- So yesterday--- I do a mix of running/walking(75%running,25%walking) for about two miles. I did this once at around 230pm and again around 6pm.
So around 4 miles. I also did weight training with my arms with a 5lb. barbell- which is all I have here at my house. So I did bicep curls, reps of 40-30-20 on each arm- Then I did three sets of tricep workouts.
So that was yesterday, and I am super sore today- all my muscles- which is good I guess, I ate pretty much low carb except my highfiber/highprotien oatmeal and some FFpopcorn(100cal.) and I didnt eat after like 730pm I think.
Soo I feel pretty good about yesterday- and when I woke up this morning I weighed myself and I was down TWOlbs.!!!!!!!!!!! so I guess Im doing something right!!! I am fixing to go running here in a minute, so I will post back my day later!

Ran.Walk.Combo of 2 miles today- and lots of bicep and tricep workouts- I was supposed to run twice- but I wasnt feeling good bekuz my legs have been soooooo sore- and i went out to run at like 7- and it was dark and scary- so i just said Ill do more tom.
