Hello Karen! I would like to stay in touch too. I have done the Adkins diet before (before my wedding) and it worked really well. I was able to lose 25 pounds. Plus, no PCOS symptoms. My psoriasis was under control then too. But, then life happened, and with all that stress, the weight, PCOS, and Psoriasis are all back in full force. I am trying to keep my willpower together and stick to 40 grams of carbs/day. My husband and I are moving into a new house in a couple of weeks and I plan to start running again then too. I'll let you know how the weight loss is going, and whether the psoriasis calms down a little too. Keep me posted on your progress!

Brandi
