Default 50 LBS by October 21st.....My 30th

I will be turning 30 on October 21st and I want to be in the best shape possible. Anyone else want to join me. I don't know how often I will weigh myself as I get discouraged with using the scale alot. I believe I can realistically get to this goal by then....8 months away.

50 lbs by October 21st......hopefully I can make it to goal by then.

Camcyd and Maddison-I'm with you too! I'd love to lose 50 by then, if not before that. I start back to school on October 2nd, and I'd love to be well on my way by then.

How is everyone doing? I stayed on plan and worked out today.

Maddison, will you run inside or outside? Have you run a lot before? I miss being able to run at least a couple of miles. I was never a big runner, but a couple of miles goes fast and really helps with stress.

Hi guys,
Still doing good, I should be calling my running actually a jog, I jog for 2 minutes before I die!! and then walk for 2 mins and keep alternating for a half hour. I am going to check out a gym by my place tomorrow, it is way too cold to jog outside right now. Hope you both are doing well.

I haven't been to the gym, but once this week. TOM has got me dragging. I should be good by this weekend. Maybe I should hold off on the weights for a couple of weeks and focus on my cardio for right now.
