Default haha....my borther is Low Carbing now

He would taunt me with pie and cake and beer and sugar....call me "carby mc Carbyton" tell me to "eat a carb" when ever he got pissed at me haha....now he talked to some guy in the bar who dropped 50 pounds "eating sausage and drinking" on Atkins so hes doing that. Not keeping track of anything, just eating meat and walking 2 times a week.

HE is the one who gave me Dan Duchaines book and got me into this, with the questions hes asking I think he didnt read the book at all. He notorius for that. He'll get the general idea, do it half ass then talk about it like he went to college for it. I've decided to go back to CKD after a 4-6 week break. Then its an all out war. He weighs about 10 pounds more than me and is 3 inches shorter. I decided that I am only gonna weigh, measure, and record bodyfat every 2 weeks without fail this time. Got me a digital watch that will beep every 2 hours for feeding time. Gonna rock it hard and do it right YUH! hahaha

Wink BodyOpus is a bit hard to follow for someone who has no knowlege of cdk

This sounds like my girlfriend and here sister always competing for weightloss, well i told here to do it for herself and not for here stupid sister ( long story), i guess that you can say look who is talking if you have read my recent post, i guess i ranted a lot but now i am ok, ( ephedrine rush).

BodyOpus is hard to follow, with all that thyroid monitering, and all the rest. Most people wont take time to read it and has you say do it ass backward, if they only knew if they put in a bite more time and did it right all the results they would have.

Good luck to you, a little competition is good has long has you guys dont take it seriously and get pissed of at each other.

Good luck Beaver
