I'm joining you ladies. I have fallen off the wagon so many times i'm sick of it. I have got to lose this weight this time....
I need some encouragment and a good kick in the butt.
My husband and children are going to do this with me even though they dont need to.

We are turning part of our garage into a workout station as of today. I'm pumped and ready to get started.

My name is April , i'm almost 200 and i'm a lazy lazy person. Things are changing today ...i'm living for the rest of my life.
