Newfirm , I think she touched on concentrating on other healthy fats (other than saturated) if trying to lose , in the first book. When I started counting calories I found this to be important--foods with saturated fats are so much higher in calories and there is so much info in other places about heart health and not over-indulging in them, that it always concerned me about consuming very many.
I fortunately, like stevia. I also occasionally use Splenda, but do worry that maybe it hasn't been around long enough to use very often/safely.
I guess I can read it soon -- like with weight loss I just have to be patient!
