Exclamation sweeteners

rosarugosa - sweeteners are mentioned. I also looked in the index to find out what she had to say on it. Basically she doesn't promote sweeteners. If you are going to use one she recommends Stevia because it is natural. She also says honey in small amounts is better than sweeteners because at least you are eating real food.

This morning I had oatmeal with cream (no sweetener ), sliced tomatoes and scrambled eggs. It has been a while since I have purposely had carbs with my meal so it was a little hard. But after reading this book I am almost afraid not to have them with my meal.

I think this book goes into much more detail about eating carbs with meals etc. I am not half way through it but so far I really like it. Some stuff is a repeat but that is understandable.

Hope you get your book soon.

Linda
