Default Heavy Cream

I am still so confused on what heavy cream is. I saw some cans of light heavy cream that you spray.. is that it. it had one carb.. had 1 gram sugar.. if so.. why cant i use cool whip.. it has 1 gram sugar too?

Heavy cream comes in a little milk carton. You find with half and half in the dairy section. In my opinion, heavy cream really isn't sweet. I use it in my coffee. Sometimes I'll whip it and put davince syrup in it. Tastes really good in my coffee

Heavy whipping cream has no sugar and is bought in a pint or half pint carton. I will say that there are no carbs and no sugar althogh that is not entirely true. Less that .9 carbs per serving

You can whip it (it'll become more solid) and add some splenda.

They are non calorie, completely carb free syrups. I love them. I use them in my coffee. I also used one in a cheesecake and today I will use one in the pumpkin bar recipe.

They have a ton of flavors to pick from too.

I would stay away from Cool Whip...regardless of carb count. Because I haven't used it so long, I can't be too sure what it's made with but the last time I checked it had a bunch of hydrogenated oils. I would buy the little carton of heavy cream (found near the half and half usually) add a tad of Splenda and whip it!
