Hiya Redhead,

How often you weigh doesn't really matter. If you choose to weigh daily, just make sure it's at the same time, because we gain a few pounds during the course of each day (which mysteriously vanishes overnight ).

I prefer to weigh first thing in the morning after visiting the bathroom and in my birthday suit.

As well as weighing yourself, it's a great idea to get out your tape measure and take a set of measurements. Can be very reassuring as there may well be times when the scales don't change but the tape measure can show you've lost inches (muscle weighs a bit more than fat!).

Cheers.

Rosebud

Thanks Rosebud... Now one more question...What all do I need to measure? I have never known my measurements? Or even really what part to measure

For quite a few people, weighing everyday is perfectly fine - and for others (ME!), I would start to obsess about every little daily flucuation. I do better at weighing in once a week. If you don't obsess about the little daily upward flucuations, weighing everyday is a great idea. But like Rosebud said, same time everyday and the same state of dress ... or undress.

G'day again Redhead,

Once again - it's up to you what exactly you measure.
I measure my bust, waist, hips, upper arms, thighs and calves.
Even if you just check a couple of spots, it may help.

Cheers again!

Rosebud
