Thanks for your insight Teth,you have no problems with whey?? I ask only because some muscle mags say that even though whey is low carb that the protein structure hits the blood stream fast and this causes a spike in insulin!

I have no idea about the insuline didn't ever bother cause my insuline is pretty low. Anyone else in here may know better?
