Hello

When ever I went to get checked at first they told me I was taking too much.I felt no symptoms except my hair would grow fast and I would lose weight! Go figure! Then they would lower it and guess what no more weight lost.The only time I get heart Palps is when I dont take anything for a couple weeks.Yes! I use to forget to take it all the time.Everybodys different.I havent forgot to take it in 3 months now.Thats Great for me.
