Background
Joined a gym 2 months ago. Prior to that I did not have an exercise program for years.
I have worked up to 2 set of 15 reps (some 20) for arms & legs on low weights.
Leg Extension 20 lbs x 2 sets of 15
Leg Curl 20 lbs x 2 sets of 20
Leg Sled 30 lbs x 2 sets of 20
Abductor 20lbs x 2 sets of 20
Adductor 20lbs x 2 sets of 20
Bench Press 40lbs x 2 sets of 15
Shoulder Press 40 lbs x 2 sets of 15
Tricep Pushdown 10 lbs x 2 sets of 20
Nauticlus Curl 10 lbs x 2 sets of 20
Treadmill 30 minutes
or walk on trail pushing 40lbs (daughter + stroller) for 45 or more minutes
