Hi Donna,

I saw some posts by you in Debbie's, Mark's and Pammie's journal. I thought I'd pop in and say hi. Great job on the workouts. With these 3 in your corner, you can't go wrong, that's for sure!!!!

I just recently stopped doing a whole body workout 3 times a week myself. I've gone to a 4 day split, with the help of these 3, and bugging Debbie constantly If you want some ideas, you can cruise into my gym log and see what I do, with the help of these wonderful people. And I do enjoy it alot. It's not as long, and you can add in some extra exercises for each group to get a better concentrated workout.

Anyway, nice to meet you. And GREAT JOB!!!!

Well~! Ya know? I have heard people say that about working each area differently- I guess that does make sense.

What I have BEEN doing- is basically something along a full body work out Monday/Tuesday Rest on Wednesday & do the same work out Thursday/Friday & rest on the week end from lifting.

Is it still recommended to split it up when having 3 rest days a week?

I suppose that I could do like legs & back one day then arms & abs another then the rest day & then back to legs & back then arms & abs again???
Does that sound reasonable?

Please be patient with me if I sound pathetic- ha ha
I'm VERY new at this!

Thank you both for your suggestions & thank you PAMMIE for your ever going motivation & praises!
You all are great!

This morning I done the same as yesterday but I added in the ab work-
3 sets of 15 reps crunches on the ball.

Feeling GREAT BTW! HE HE HE
Loving it SO much!
& YES Mark- I AM SO MOTIVATED!!!
Thanks partly to everyone here!
This site is a God send!
