I just don't get how my brain continues to function, I've been in ketosis for 4 months now, but yet I still think, so I still am... right?


Oh I remember reading somewhere that ketones convert even more effieciently for energy, so my brain must be running on that at the moment.

I am very worried though that once I go on maitenance and am no longer in ketoisis but yet consume less then 130 carbs a day that my brain will suddenly stop working
