Are these diet recommendations based on science or politics?

Angry

Why can’t they just go and do a double blind study and get some results instead of going into a hysterical rant about the evils of fat. I would suggest 3 hours of exercise with all those Cabs they are recommending.

WHAT is this “180 cabs to maintain brain function” You know they say that Fast Food causes obesity because of the High Fat but what they do not tell you is that Fast food has A LOT OF Sugar

I just don't get how my brain continues to function, I've been in ketosis for 4 months now, but yet I still think, so I still am... right?

Oh I remember reading somewhere that ketones convert even more effieciently for energy, so my brain must be running on that at the moment.

I am very worried though that once I go on maitenance and am no longer in ketoisis but yet consume less then 130 carbs a day that my brain will suddenly stop working
