Does anybody trust Cargill? And Dean Ornish is for it? Strike 2. Saturated fats are the only ones that don't break down under frying temps, what new and exciting additives will be in the oil? Oh, well, i do Atkins and had already sworn off fast foods fries, one more reason it was a good choice.
