Default atmasters gym log (swimming & walking )

This is my secound time on Atkins and this time I am very active. I swim almost every day and I walk maybe twice a day but once for sure. Does any one else do this kind of work out and if so how is it going for you ? I am trying to get out of the running thing because of my knees I have done 9 years in the Infantry and it has taking a tole on the knees. Is swimming a great whay to drop the pounds ? I know it is good for you but I need to lose the weight ?

I tried sending you a pm about this but your mailbox was full.

Hi there,

I ordered a product online. It's an asthma medicine, but I've been taking it for a week now and it's great. No appetite, pretty much. And it's only $7.95 a bottle for 48 pills. I take it with ephedra free Hydroxycut. So far so good. How are you coming along?

Thanks for checking!!!

Wow have not being keeping this up to date at all. I always log all my work outs into my Fitday. Well today I started wind sprints. Man what a work out. I used the same walking rout as I did for my walks. But this time I would run as fast as I can in between telephone poles. I would walk for one then sprint to the other one and so on. I used to do it a lot in the Army. It is a great way to break a stall. Today I did around 4.5 km if wind sprints

Had a great walk down in the river vally today. It took me 1:48 so I think around 13km or maybe more. I love walking down there. If any one lives in Edmonton that is the best place to go work out. But that is all for today I might take my little girle to the park.
