nausea and migraines?
Hi. I was just wondering if anyone has experienced nausea and/or more frequent migraines while low-carbing. This has been a frequent problem for me while trying to live low-carb. Though I appreciate the weight loss and many other health benefits from low-carbing, I find it very challenging to stick to when I feel so nauseated all the time. This only occurs when I'm in ketosis (where I want to be!). It is currently next to impossible for me to eat anything low-carb, as this just does not appeal to me when I'm nauseated. So for the past 2 days I've eaten very little (an egg and some farmer's cheese, which might have set off my migraine today). I think if I ate a few saltine crackers, it would settle my stomach, however I don't want to fall out of ketosis. I feel bad for complaining, but was wondering if anyone else could relate. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. I want to stick with a low-carb woe, it's just been very difficult lately. Thanks for anything you have to share!
