New Schedule
So after a 10 day vacation at Disney World and a week of recovery I'm ready to continue my mission. I have changed up routines and will do a split routines these next 12 weeks.
Sunday- AM 20 min HIIT
Monday- Legs, Heavy
Tuesday- Chest, Shoulders, Abs
Wednesday - AM 45 mins Cardio PM: Pilates
Thursday- AM Lower Body Cardio Circuit -60mins
Friday- AM 20 min HIIT PM: Back, Biceps, Tri
Saturday-45 min Cardio or 20 Min HIIT
So hopefully this revised version will fit into my schedule better.
