Ok that was hilarious!
I had an okay day today, not great for gym or eating but oh well. I had a pizza for dinner and then confetti popcorn- not exactly low carb, definite comfort food. Exercise does help though!
Morning- 1 hour elliptical
Night- 1 hour 10min elliptical

Hope each day is getting better and better . I don't know how you do so much cardio-- I did hard cardio (for me) today, and I'm still feeling kinda sick!! I'm not good at cardio.

Well, I should say-- I really detest working hard enough to get my heart rate up to where it needs to be to do some good . When I think back on all the aerobics classes I taught, it's hard to believe I enjoyed it. I did though-- maybe once I'm in better condition I will again. Hope you have a really good day!

Hey galatia-I know long time no chat- You can get your heart rate up just dancing around your living room- trust me I have done it I have not been working out as hard lately- you know spring break and all! I have done about 1 hour of cardio a day for the past two weeks, which I desperately needed to help counteract all that junk I was eating Back on track tomorrow I hope!!!

Aahhh....it's been a bad week for me too. But May is THE month to get back on track-- I hope . I've learned to quit saying "what I WILL do" I'm usually proven wrong. So now, I'll make plans and "try very hard" to carry them out. Good luck to you too.

O.K.-- June is the month . May didn't go as well as I had hoped . It's sticking to the eating plan. Actually it's overdosing on peanuts and peanut butter if you want to get right down to it. Well it may be taking me a while-- but I'm not quitting!
How are you doing? Any plans for the summer?
