LMAO!!! I'm telling you...ours taste buds are different and we don't all like the same bars but, I think the new Atkins Endulge Bars are fabulous, chocolate, chocolate crunch, peanut butter cups, and my very favorite, are the caramel nut chews. They are new and hard to find (Walmart can't keep them on the shelves at $.96 each) They are $1.19 ea in the Atkins catalog if you order them by the box. I do agree that you shouldn't eat them to often but, having them is much better than going off the diet for a cheat!

Someone mentioned the Edge "cookies & cream" bar and I like it too...$1.46 at Walmart and the Edge Carb Control Shake is also good if you put it in the freezer until it's barely starting to freeze. I like the Strawberry Cream (I checked the hidden carbs tool and it really is under 3 carb grams) I just had one poured into a frosted glass...

The Carb Solutions bars are pretty good and my third choice, they grow on you and are certainly better than nothing...lol

Good luck with this WOE and WOL...Happy LCing...

I had tried the Carb solutions bars, which when you first taste them are lousy, but when you're hungry they are not so bad. I've been making Atkins blueberry muffins, (which you also have to develop a taste for) and if you add a few blueberries yourself, they are really quite good. They sell the mix in GNC and in some grocery stores. Now I'm about to try his bread mix, just to have something to carry with me. I've read that many lcers find the bars make them stall. I've been stalling for several months so I'm afraid to try them again. chris

I like the shakes I tried chocolate, and straberry, they are really good I put it in the blender with ice and water they are filling and it takes my mind of the sweet craving I usually drink one in the afternoon, I just started LC, see how it goes.

Default Lee Labrada lean body bars

Lee Labrada's Lean body bars taste good, especially the chocolate mint flavour.

http://www.labrada.com/home.html

I am allergic to peanuts, the non-peanuts ones don't have any allergy problems for me. Lots of other bars have nut warnings.

They original ones are called "Lean body bars". contain less than 17 grams of carbs (under 10g of sugar) so they're great for low carbohydrate diets!

I haven't tried the other ones called "Lean body low-carb" contain 2g or less carbs. These ones have almond butter, allergic to almonds too. dammm
