Question How do the movie stars bulk up fast?

I was just wondering how the movie stars bulk up so fast?
For example how did Will smith get so big for Ali and how did Brandon Fraser get so big for George of the Jungle?
It seems they bulked up fast.

Thanks.

Default hmm ...

When you are getting paid hundreds of thousands of dollars, or even millions and TENS of millions of dollars to star in a movie, I suppose you will do what ever you have to do to get that way.

Plus, these people have all day (between films) to focus on diet/training if they needed to, and obviously have the means and access to top level trainers and nutrition advisors.

Will Smith and Brendan Frazier have always had athletic builds, so I am sure it wasn't too terribly hard for them to pack it on.

The biggest and most dramatic I have seen is Ed Norton in American History X (not that that movie is one of my favorites). In my opinion, he had to step across a few legal lines to get in THAT condition.

I am sure a few of the other stars have done it before too. I am not accusing any of the stars you mentioned, nor am I accusing any star in particular. I am just saying that if there were millions or a few hundred thousand dollars in it for me, I would do what I had to do as long as it didn't compromise my long term health.
