Question help!!

Hi people

I just got on a scale after two days, and i have put back on the initial few pounds i lost. This is very fusterating, and making me wonder whats going on??!!

1)Get off the scale, and don't get back on until induction is over.
2)Follow the plan to the letter.... and only eat whats on your induction list and absolutely nothing else.

You will lose be patient

Stay away from those scales. A person fluctuates in weight all the time...I do everyday. Some days the scale tells me I've gained 4.5 pounds...and I know that's pretty much impossible.

Stay off the scale
drink your water
stay close to plan
watch those nitates and salts....these are my killer for retaining water.

There is alot of info in the newby's questions in the sticky notes that refer to the nasty scale and the tricks they play on us....quite interesting if you have a moment to read it.

Scales are evil and the makers of all such products should be sued for the mental anguish and suffering their products have caused (hey, if you can sue the fast food chains because you couldn't stop eating their food, why can't you sue the makers of scales for mental anguish?).
