I take a 'generic' one and it seems to be doing fine. If you want something catered more towards athletes- you might want to look into 'Mega-Man' (GNC brand) or 'Multi-Pro 32X' (AST-SS brand).

cheapy

I go with a cheap, generic Maximum Strength formula from the drug store.

I used to use a custom made one that I had to submit a urine sample for, but to tell you the truth, I don't see/fell a difference between the two.

Mega-Man is really good too, but a little expensive if I remember correctly.
