Question Suddenly - I am confused (FOG)

Day 3 here - I was walking thru Wal-Mart looking for tape when... duuhhh... I became confused. I am having to focus like crazy to do normal suff. I read previous post which suggest that I "hang inthere". I am thinking about eating somoe carbs to generate some seratonin....hell - I am CONFUSED. How long does this "FOG" last? Any tips on gettting past it? THanks a bunch. - Steve

Cool 30 minutes later....

I read a few more post and got some answers. I also got sick to my stomach, almost threw up, and had diarrhea. I am actually laughing at my body and the revolt that is going on! I 'm off to the grocery store to get a potassium sup and check out the low carb alternatives. I did eat an EAS low carb bar 2 hours ago....hmmm. I still feel bad but somewhat better. I am motivated by those who promise that "this too shall pass" - Steve

Isn't it amazing what a hissy fit your body can throw? It almost got you to eat the carbs again too. Good for you, for sticking it out - it will definately pass.

Default Intestestinal Revolt!!!

I hear you!!

Yikes, some transmitters somewhere are telling my body to take everything I ingest, liquify it and expel it, pronto.

This started around Induction day 5 and is just subsiding today. (day 8) I feel great otherwise!

Hang in there everybody!
