Oh Donna I have to have the Brocoli bacon recipe it does not sound gross to me it sounds Yummy.

Have you tried those endulge bars by Atkins? They taste exactly, I mean exactly like chocolate. with only 2 carbs. Yummy

I know I can't have them now I am on the induction. But if you like chocolate they are the way to go.

I am going to a potluck tonight and I have no idea what I am going to do. Probably just watch everybody else eat. I can't get out og going either. I have to bring my homemade salsa which I can't have either.

But I will be okay pretty motivated.
