According to fitday.com, 1 cup of air-popped popcorn with butter added yields:
4g fat
6.9g carbs (1.35 of which are fiber)
and 1.11g protein
Don't know how many cups were in your small, but at least you have a reference point.
Also, remember that those 30g of carbs should be spread out over the day and not consumed in one "meal". Otherwise you risk being bumped out of ketosis.
