For the carb-up, you can check out the thread I called CARB-UP. It's froma few weeks ago when I recorded what I did during 24 hours of carb up. Here's the link:

CARB-UP Link

As for during the week, you seem to follow Atkins. It's the same, more or less.

If you want to see what I do currently, every day is about the same, boring, but effective. For me anyway ...

Wake-up : AdipoKinetix and 32 oz. water. Actually, I drink water all day long, 32 ounces at a time ... so I'm gonna stop listing it unless it is part of a protein shake.

If it's a cardio morning, I do it here, and drink an Ispoure (grape) afterwards.

8:00 : 3 scoops protein, 2 T. cream, 1 T. flax oil, 16 oz. water, 1g CLA, 4 Mass Amino tabs, 4 Ultra-40 tabs, multivitamin, 1 capsule Lean Out

10:00 : EC stack (currently Xenadrine RFA, 2 caps)

12:00 : package of peanuts or macadamias

1:00 : 8 ounces ground beef, 1g CLA, 4 Mass Aminos, 4 Ulra-40, 1 capsule Lean Out

2:00 : package of peanuts or macadamias

3:00 : 3 scoops protein, 2 T. cream, 1 Tablespoon flax, 16 oz. water, 1g CLA, 4 Mass Amino tabs, 4 Ultra-40 tabs, B-complex, 1 capsule Lean Out

4:30 : Xenadrine RFA, Lean Out

5:00 If it is a lifting day, I take 20g of a BCAA/L-glutamine mix

5:30 : weight training, if it is a lifting day. Weights are always followed by another 20g of the BCAA/L-glutamine mix, and 2 Anti-oxidant tabs.

6:30 : 3 scoops protein, 3 T. cream (no cream here on training days), 1 T. flax (no flax here on training days), 16 oz. water, 1g CLA, 4 Mass Amino tabs, 4 Ultra-40 tabs

8:00 : 8 ounces lean meat, veggies

Before Bed : 10g L-glutamine in Crystal Lite, 4 capsule Z-Mass PM, 10 tabs BCAAs

Trainer Dan, here is as good as anywhere I guess for my question. What's your opinion on the effectiveness of gugglesterones? I have 2 bottles of them, and started taking them again recently, but I really don't notice any effect(certainly nothing like an ECA, which I can't take), but should I?
Thanks

You're not likely to feel the gugguls working, and they definitely don't feel like EC. I've been taking them and I think they work for me. There's a way to check, tho. Use the search function here to find a post by TrainerDan that has the words 'deep geek' in it. Make sure you set the engine to pull individual posts. You'll need to track your AM temperature before you get out of bed in the morning. The details are in that post. (Btw, they're also supposed to have good effects on cholesterol and triglycerides, but that's a bit harder to check yourself, eh?)

Cheers!

Friday
