Default Who uses fat burners, what are they, how do they work, are there different kinds?

I've seen this a few times in the posts..now I'm curious.

Are these natural or made of chemicals...are there different kinds on the market or are you all using the same kind.

What's in them?

How do they "burn fat". DO they work????

thanx....cin

Cin, there is a monster thread stuck at the top of the exercise forum by Trainerdan with all this information contained within - it's a bit of reading but the info is worth it.

Cin, it's an individual choice - having all the information available to you (as it is in that thread) makes it easier to make that decision.

There's just sooo much info to sort through. I think I read in quite a few posts that caffienne is in alot of these burners...I guess I was opting for a more natural one..which I couldn't find.

It's nice to know we have all that info here...this site is so big.
