Question Sugar

I was looking at the grocery store and noticed Non Diary whipped cream. It has less than 1 gram of carbs and less than 1 gram of sugar. Is this something that is okay to have on a minimal basis?

On the basis of the carbs, it sounds Ok. But it is an 'edible oil' product and full of preservatives & chemicals. The oil isn't always a 'good' oil either - after all, it's major advantage is that is has a long shelf life, not that it's good for you.

Why not use heavy or whipping cream which you whip up yourself? It tastes better, feels 'sinful' and has only good stuff. BUT read the label. Some brands have dextrose/sugars added. Try to get a sugar free one.
