Actually, the hormone problem of milk and dairy products isn't a result of any additive thing. Milk from all animals, including organically produced, normally contains significant levels of natural hormones .. progesterone, estrogen, lactoferrins .. etc. Here's a post I wrote a while back aobut the possible link between hormones in dairy and stalling. Also on possible effect of casein protein allergy and stalling. The casein molecule of cowmilk is larger than in goat milk, which may explain why goat milk is easier for some persons to digest.
