Supplement check?
Dan, I bow at your feet! (And believe me, I got the bill for that leg WO and bowing ain't easy! LOL)
Since July 1, I have lost 2% BF, 2.25 inches off my waist, 3/4 off my hips and 11/16 off each thigh and I'm still gaining muscle. My bicep measurement is actually going UP, go figure.
Here's the question:
The ingredient in T2 is listed as: 3.5 diiodo-l-thyronine, 50 mcg
Tri Cuts II lists L-Tryrosine (yeah, I know that's different) and then at the bottom, 3,5 diiodo-l-Tyrosine, 50 mcg, which I'm assuming is a typo from the above and is the same stuff as in the T2. So, assuming this is indeed the same ingredient, and since it's the thyroid popper, won't I be taking a double dose if I take the Tri-Cuts 2 x a day AND the T2 3x a day? So far, I've been taking the Tri-Cuts at morning and lunch, and the T2 by itself at dinner. Should I keep doing it this way, or double em up at breakfast and lunch? (I don't take the Tri Cuts over the weekend either.)
I'm aware of the cycling restrictions, tho, and I'll be dropping both after my cruise in August and going to plain EC plus Metabolic Thyrolean (gugguls, Tyrosine and phosphates)
Thanks!
